The focus will be on enforcing developed key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide measurable insights into equipment utilization, performance and establishing benchmarks for equipment efficiency, downtime, and maintenance response times. The NOFO will continue to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among healthcare staff through targeted cost-effective training and capacity-building initiatives.
