The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity is: To conduct surveillance, epidemiologic, laboratory, clinical, and operations research on public health threats in Kenya to better understand disease transmission and to develop and refine medical countermeasures and interventions for preparedness in the U.S. and globally. To support Kenya’s local capacity to conduct research on public health threats to strengthen local response and reduce spread of infectious disease threats.
