The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy New Delhi invites proposal submissions for one to five cooperative agreements to design, administer, and implement high-visibility public engagement activities under Mission India’s Freedom 250 Public Engagement Initiative. Through December 31, 2026, this initiative will deploy innovative, large-scale programming across India to showcase the historical legacy of American excellence, highlight U.S. innovation and leadership, and celebrate the enduring cultural, economic, and strategic ties between the United States and India. Eligible Applicants The following organizations are eligible to apply: Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations.
